Charles is an experienced auditor with extensive expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial management. He holds an MSc in Development Finance and a BBA in Accounting, and is a UK-qualified Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition, he is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CIT-G), further expanding his professional scope in taxation. Over the course of his career, Charles has worked across a variety of industries—including services, manufacturing, retail, and oil and gas—developing a broad and practical understanding of diverse financial and operational environments. He joined Eagle Petroleum Company Limited in March 2022 as an Accountant and, in recognition of his expertise and commitment, was appointed Head of Audit in March 2024. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight of the company’s audit functions, ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency.
